And a bicycle-powered blender for kids to make their own fruit smoothies/shakes.

This stall's tasting containers in  little boat shape.
Curries.

Lots of choices of food.

Funny names: Fake & Kidme pie.   (vegan steak & kidney pie?)

For those who still loves the sensation of sinking their teeth in sausages...
vegan hotdogs. Drawing inspiration from 5 international cuisines

I didn't take much pictures for stalls which do fruit smoothies or fruit juices.
Quite a number of them. Naturally good.

Loving Hut express is there, too.
Also dishes from around the world.

Plant-based a.k.a. vegan  in Thai style.

Got a free gift.
Each visitor can choose from 3:

a jar of humus stuffed cherry-tomato,
a small bar of coffee chocolate.
All plant-based (a.k.a vegan).
I chose choc.

I also tasted 3 different types of Ferme the fermented cashew nut cheese.
 Cicioni is also nice.

Such expo are good -
tasting/trying, seeing new products, expo promotional prices.

I bought a jar of special mix turmeric drink powder to help me help reduce internal inflamation.
A flexible silicon cup cover.
A can of jack fruit.
A trial pack of fermented tea-leaves for use in salad. (Burma/Myanmar salad Lahpet Thoke)
Pack of 4 pick-n-mix small beers.

Since I have to travel a long journey,
I didn't buy those delicious plant-based nut-based cheese.

As the bag is already heavy, I have not bought herbs pot plant.

Thankful for a nice afternoon.

Tasting, shopping, talks,  cooking demo, etc.

Going to expo is nice experience. Shops from far away places gather in one place. Expo special promotional prices. Tasting. Even price draws. Talks and cooking demonstration...

I bought electronic ticket beforehand.
Arriving around late lunch time.
Food first.

Though I do fancy an ocassional pie, since there are many other choices upstairs,
I quickly walked passed stalls of pies.

Among various cuisines, I chose this
pulled jackfruit bun. Interesting contrast.
(I tried some others before)
From Manchester.

The container is  composable vegware.

Ha! KFS, not KFC.
Sei-tan is a plant based protein.

Japanese manga artist Rumiko Takahashi won top prize in Angouleme Festival in France

Wow! Rumiko Takahashi won a top prize from the equivalent of Oscar in France for manga & comics!

The prestigious Angouleme International Comics Festival .

France24 , JapanTimes and various media report that, too.  Ms Takahashi looks beautiful.

https://www.japantimes.co.jp/culture/2019/01/24/entertainment-news/cartoonist-rumiko-takahashi-wins-top-prize-french-comics-festival/

In Japan, it is an unwritten code of conduct to conform, not to standout, not to be different from others...  Her stories often put the outsiders & "eccentrics" characters (and experiences) in forefront.
Inspirational!

I had watched the TV animation versions of some of her works,
“Ranma 1/2”,   Urusei Yatsura” (or “Lum” ),  “Mansion Ikkoku,   Inuyasha.

Forigners, aliens(literally), mixed race...

Of course, the stories have been well-seasoned with
humour, jokes, love, adventures, naughty things, etc,
to deliver deeper meaningful things to young people and the young at heart.

Previously, I was writing about one of her influential work Inuyasha.
The link between the various metaphoric and  esoteric concepts of light ...i
n the story and in the characters.
The names of the two leading ladies are star lights.
The precioys gem emit lights.
 Virtues clear away darkness.
Light of the best of human nature.
Halo. Saintly light.
https://sn-uk.blogspot.com/2018/05/inuyasha-and-light.html

Light!
And I have just found out
the different meanings lost in translations over the past two millenniums...
hidden in the ancient Hebrew language and Aramaic language,
the original languages the sacred books were written.

https://www.chaimbentorah.com/015/06/word-study-light-noohra-aramaic-or-hebrew-אור-נהר

Translations via Greek, Latin, German, English, Chinese, Japanese...
are not as good as investicating the messages in original language(s).

With that information in that site,
the story of Daniel and
how he got the supernatural power and answers are clearer.
He asked God to give answers through dreams.
Now we can understand ancient wisdom esoteric teaching inside the books in Bible much better.

Seek light.

BTW,
Daniel eats plant-based diet,  fast & pray alot.

Lyrics

O Holy Night!
 The stars are brightly shining,
It is the night of the dear Saviour's birth.
Long lay the world in sin and error pining.
Till He appeared and the Spirit felt its worth.
A thrill of hope the weary world rejoices,
For yonder breaks a new and glorious morn.

💕Fall on your knees!

 Oh, hear the angel voices!
O night divine, the night when Christ was born;
O night, O Holy Night , O night divine!
O night, O Holy Night , O night divine!💕

Led by the light of faith serenely beaming,
With glowing hearts by His cradle we stand.
O'er the world a star is sweetly gleaming,
Now come the wisemen from out of the Orient land.
The King of kings lay thus lowly manger;
In all our trials born to be our friends.
He knows our need, our weakness is no stranger,
Behold your King! Before him lowly bend!
Behold your King! Before him lowly bend!
💕
Truly He taught us to love one another,
His law is love and His gospel is peace.
Chains he shall break, for the slave is our brother.
And in his name all oppression shall cease.
Sweet hymns of joy in grateful chorus raise we,
With all our hearts we praise His holy name.
Christ is the Lord! Then ever, ever praise we,
His power and glory ever more proclaim!
His power and glory ever more proclaim!

💕

Background / Song composer

The words and lyrics of the old carol 'O Holy Night' were written by Placide Cappeau de Roquemaure in 1847. Cappeau was a wine seller by trade but was asked by the parish priest to write a poem for Christmas. He wrote the beautiful words of the hymn but then realised that it should have music to accompany the words. He approached his friend Adolphe Charles Adams(1803-1856). The music for the poem was therefore composed by Adolphe Charles Adams.  It was translated into English by John Sullivan Dwight (1812-1893)

Peuple a genoux, attends ta délivrance!
Noel! Noel! Voici le Rédempteur!
Noel! Noel! Voici le Rédempteur!

Le Rédempteur
A brise toute entrave:
La terre est libre et le ciel est ouvert.
Il voit un Frère ou n'était qu'un esclave,
L'amour unit ceux qu'enchainait le fer.
Qui Lui dira notre reconnaissance?
C'est pour nous tous qu'Il nait,
Qu'Il souffre et meurt.
Peuple debout, chante ta délivrance!
Noel! Noel! Chantons le Rédempteur!
Noel! Noel! Chantons le Rédempteur!
