lazy healthy fast food veg fruit smoothies

Not beer. Nutritious. Great for busy city life. Very fast. Quick to be prepared. Fat free. Help to slim.

Fast.
Just put in powerful blender
for less than 30 to 40 seconds.

Seeded grapes🍇,
sweet bell pepper,
1 mixed leaves salad bowl (which has cherry tomato, onion rings)
 extra herbs,
 celery,
 lentil shoots,
filtered water.
Ginger is optional.

🍷enjoy slowly😄 Nutritious👍❤

Good for you & your loved ones.

Then, the water you use to
rinse the blender & glass ...
keep & use for your plant.
Nutritious.

⁉❓❔Why is it better?❔❓⁉

Usually people put in too many sauces, seasoning & oil in salad.
Juicing removed the dietary fibre.

Fruit veg smoothies make life simple & healthy😄

simple meals in Winter

Different combinations of tricolor pasta, vegetables, seasonings, herbs & spices...
... chilli sesame oil, very good olive oil.
This 1st one is lazy.
The flavour come from the 5-bean ready pot.

For soup type,
Different herbs are added before serving.
Beans, fine raw carrot.

Sweet potatoes, butternut squash.
Asperagus tips are added before serving...

Veg salad. Olives.

Dessert drink ....
hopefully I can find
 a plant-based version soon.
(That was bought months ago)

Some dishes above have
 seaweed & Japanese miso soup
 in them.
😄
And these are apart from
the many fruits I have eaten.

Healthy 1person meals fusion

In Winter, most people prefer something hot.
I will do it in a ratio. Maybe 40 to 60 % of my food are raw.

Apart from fruits, here are some of what I made & ate...

I like variations. Don't you?

With different seasonings, good salt, spices, herbs, sesame oil,
half a teaspoon of chilli oil, mixed pepper, ginger powder, etc.
Extra virgin olive oil.

Olives are lovely.

Japanese mini natto is a learned acquired taste.

I like to have a little bit of raw onion in my food for its health properties.

For the soup pasta/noodle,
I like a fusion of Japanese style with Italuan pasta.

Organic ones are nice.
Tricolor are pleasant for eyes.

eg.
Tofu with seaweed in red miso paste to make muso suru.
Pink Himalaya rock salt.  Mixed pepper crushed.
E.V. olive oil & chilli seaseme oil.

Enjoy 😘

real sprouts salad

This is mixed seeds sprouts.
To reduce the use of seasoning,
I use ripe pineapple and juice,
dried raisins & mixed nuts.

The above was from commercially mass produced.

Real sprouts from seeds
are very good for health,
especially eaten raw.

If interested, there are various organic mixed seeds that
we can sprout at home...
Note: need frequent rinsing if you live in hot humid area.
To make life easier,
there are also specialist sprouting kit & tools on www.

Gluten free quick snack salad wrap

Just use scissors to cut some vegetables.
Salt & pepper, paprika. Ginger.
A tiny dash of soy source.
Sesame oil. E.V. Olive oil.

This interesting wrap is gluten free
and use ancient grains like
Quinoa, Teff, Sorghum, brown rice & maize.
Well, it is a commercial production,
so it still has some chemicals.
Ideally do it yourself is more healthy...

At this stage, it is not too easy or economical
to get hold of those flours.

Keep looking for even better choices ...
as more and more good food are made available.

The determined have started making their flour from
organic pulses, gluten-free grains & ancient grains.

Rain today but discover nice eatery

First time to this store and eatery.
Today though it rains and my shoes soaked. I missed the bus stop so I travelled to a big supermarket superstore with the one day bus ticket.
And, there inside a nice place to eat. Nice view with natural light, nice salad and many choices.
Price tags very friendly, too.
This greek salas is enjoyable.
Better still,  there is afternoon tea time meal deal: add a drink, just a fiver.
Probably I will try a Sunday lunch here later in future.
(*˘︶˘*)  Rain stopped.

Clever flat escalator walking belt and this set with gentle slope going up and coming down. No steps. That is safer.

Of course I did some shopping. Among other things, I tried the mixed fish bits for fish pie. They look fresher than the ones I saw in other superstores. After the late tea salad, so just get a handful to make this one person light dinner.

Verdict: Although there are much fewer gluten-free dairy-free "Free Form" products, I quite like Morrisons superstore.

Do me a favour, love.

Be one's best friend, or even one's own boyfriend...
Take myself to get close to nature like...
seeing swans in water, sitting on grass to see sky or read book,
walking in park discovering purple iris,
shopping in nice superstore (aka retail therapy), eating something which suit my day's preference,
getting some lovely scented flowers I like...
Enjoy the pleasant gentle date
with myself, is part of self love♥...
The greatest love of all?!? ♡

Tonbridge a few hours

Day off. Off to Tonbridge.
Eat something in a cafe in High Street not far from rail station.
Flinch cafe. I had soup and a small salad (choose 2 )
No gluten-free option.

brunch tea

Not really want to spend the time in shopping malls. Castle also nearby.

Nice moat or river.

A small Lidl supermarket
within a few minutes walk
on the right of rail station exit.

A small church St Stephen.

Originally, thought of drop by my sister who lives in Kent.
But then they had already started making dinner.

This time maybe I shall try not to reach home too late.

Changed train at St.Leonard Sq.
But in evening,
Un-manned. No waiting room.
It is open-air. Cold.

I went to buy a bit fish-n-chip and mushy pea.
Pity that  it is microwave mushy pea.
Then, went back for connection train.
It took just about two hours back.

Faster then visiting sister
as that took over three hours via Ashford International.
